Our Mission
Phase Three Center, Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving outcomes for transitional foster youth and at-risk young adults. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where youth can access the tools, resources, and mentorship needed to learn, grow, and build stable, purpose-driven futures. Through hands-on experiences and meaningful advocacy, we aim to expand their opportunities, strengthen family and community connections, and empower them to reach their fullest potential.

Program Initiatives
Phase Three Center, Incorporated was established to provide education, mentoring, guidance, and tutoring for at-risk teens and transitional foster children in Sumter, South Carolina, and surrounding areas. We aim to implement innovative ways to educate youth and motivate them to invest in themselves and take better control of their lives. The organization provides all-encompassing mentorship and tutoring programs and services intending to educate the leaders and innovators of the future. Donate To Our Community Initiative ♥️
Phase Three Center, Inc. runs off of the love and support of our community, generous donors and the volunteers that care about our cause just as much as we do. We would not be able to provide the support to our community, without the support of our community. Whether it is with your time, or donations - whether monetary or material - we call on you to help where you can.
Our organization aims to support foster children (both aging out and aged out of the foster care system) and youth that are at-risk of heading down a negative path. Just as there many ways that you are able to support our cause, there are many ways that your donations will go towards helping the individuals that we aim to assist. Youth Credit Building Seminar

Please join us in our credit building seminar. These seminars are geared towards ensuring that our youth are provided with the tools necessary to understand the importance of credit and the know how with how their credit should be used. Register your kids!

Mentor Meet and Greet

In honor of National Mentor Month, we want to show our appreciation by hosting a meet and greet for our new and potential mentors! You will be able to obtain more information about how to become a mentor, what you will do as a mentor, and you’ll also meet the team! Light refreshments will be served.
